Watch for your receipt
Your receipt comes by email from Kristen Miller. Keep it handy for your records.
Within 1 business day
Your calls appear in the app
Your calls are added to the 1:1 Calls tab in your Membership Upgrade Academy app, along with when each one needs to be used.
Book your first call
Open the 1:1 Calls tab, click "Use this call" and pick a time on my calendar.
Before your call
Bring your biggest question
Jot down a recent win, your biggest question and what you're stuck on, so we make the most of our time together.
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it's still not there after ten minutes, email kristen@kristenmiller.me and I'll sort it out.
Within one business day. You'll see them in the 1:1 Calls tab, along with the date each call needs to be used by.
Just reschedule from your booking confirmation email, or email me and we'll find a new time.
