Your GPT has three problems, and the shutdown is only one of them.

You built something good in there. It answers the questions your clients always ask, or it walks someone through your process, or it does the thing you were tired of doing by hand at ten o’clock at night.

Hi, I’m Kristen Miller.

I’m a business coach and I help online coaches build businesses that actually pay them, mostly through Skool communities, low ticket memberships and the 3-Tier Plus Model.

I very nearly built a big piece of my own business on custom GPTs. I had tools in there I loved, I was handing the links out, and then OpenAI moved GPT creation off personal plans and I watched a whole lot of people lose work they’d put real thought into. So I went and rebuilt mine somewhere I owned it, and it turned out to be better in every way that matters, which is the whole reason this class exists.

I’m also doing all of this around two kids and a house that does not care about my launch calendar, so nothing I teach is going to require you to become technical.

Questions I get every single time

How long is the class?

Short. You’ll get through it in one sitting, and if you build along with me while you watch you’ll have your app finished the same day.

I’m not technical at all. Is this going to be over my head?

If you were able to write instructions for a custom GPT, you have already done the hardest and most technical part of this, which sounds like a line but really isn’t. Everything after that is describing what you want in plain English and clicking things.

Do I need to pay for Lovable?

You can start on the free plan and that’s enough to build your tool and watch it work. If you want it living on a custom link with a sign-in on it, you’ll want a paid plan, and I’ll tell you exactly which one and why inside so you’re not guessing.

My GPT uses uploaded knowledge files. Does that come across?

It depends how much is in them, and I’d much rather tell you now than after you’ve paid. If everything in your files would fit in a document of around twenty pages or less, which covers most people, it comes along fine and I’ll show you exactly where it goes. If you’ve uploaded a whole book, a library of call transcripts, or a spreadsheet your GPT looks things up in, that needs a searchable database behind the app and it’s a bigger build than this class covers. Go and look at what’s actually in your files before you buy, and if you’re genuinely not sure, email me and I’ll tell you straight.

What if my GPT is really complicated?

Then it’ll translate better, not worse. The more specific your instructions are, the better the app turns out, because the instructions are the actual product and always were.

What if I wait and my GPT disappears first?

Go and copy your instructions out of ChatGPT today and save them somewhere, even if you never buy this. That’s the part you can’t get back. Everything else can be rebuilt whenever you’re ready.

Can I sell the tool I build?

Yes, and quite a few people do, whether that’s selling access to it, putting it inside a membership, or handing it to clients as part of what they already pay for.

Do you offer refunds?
