Information that never gets used

Start here

You already know how to teach the thing. That's not the problem.

You've made the training, the guide, the checklist, the beautiful PDF that ate an entire Sunday. And you've watched people download it, tell you it's amazing, and never open it again.

That's just what information does, friend. It tells somebody what to do and then leaves them alone with the doing.

An AI tool handing over a finished result

A tool does the work with them.

Instead of a blank page they get a few questions, and instead of homework they get a finished output in about five minutes.

Which is why the tool beats the training every time. It's faster for them, it's worth more to you, and it's the one thing they'll come back and use again.

Why now

So you thought, okay, I'll build a custom GPT.

And then that door shut. You can't create your own anymore unless you're on a business account, which most of us are not.

Kristen Miller

I loved GPTs. So did your audience.

They were the easiest way to hand somebody a conversation that walked them straight to a result, which is how normal humans actually want to be helped.

Losing that isn't a small thing. It was the one format that got people to finish something.

The extra steps a customer has to take to use a skill

Then everybody said "just use skills instead!"

Skills are useful, but look at what you're asking your customer to do. Download a file, go into their own AI, upload it, and be on the right plan for any of it to work. That's four places where a busy person quits.

You didn't create a deliverable, you created homework with a bow on it.

Your own branded AI tool at your own link

And both of those have the same problem underneath.

Anything you build inside somebody else's platform lives and dies by that platform's rules, pricing, and next Tuesday morning announcement. You don't own it, you're renting it, and the landlord keeps changing the locks.

Your own signature AI tool fixes all of that. A link on your own domain, wearing your brand, with your process inside it. Your customer clicks it and uses it, and that's the whole experience.

Where it goes in your business

Build it once, then use it four different ways

Once you know how to build these, you'll see four places in your business where one belongs.

One

A free lead magnet

It converts better than a PDF because people get a real result before they've decided whether to trust you.

Two

A paid micro product

Put a price on it, sell it on repeat, deliver nothing manually.

Three

A membership asset

Drop a new tool in every month and you've got a retention reason that isn't another video your members feel guilty about not watching.

Four

Inside your high ticket program

Give your clients a tool for the step where they always stall, and they stop losing two weeks between calls. Your program gets people results faster without you adding an hour to your week.

What we're covering

Ninety minutes. Four moves.

We're not philosophizing about AI for an hour and a half. We're building.

Move One

What to build

How to pick the one tool your business needs right now, based on where your people get stuck. Most of you already know and haven't named it yet.

Move Two

Why it works

What makes a tool people use instead of a tool people open once, and what to put inside yours so it hands over a real output instead of a wall of AI text.

Move Three

How to build it

I'll build one live, start to finish. No code anywhere in this.

Move Four

Where it fits

Which of the four jobs is right for your tool, and where to put it so it earns its keep.

Building an AI tool live

What you walk out with

A working tool at a real link

Not notes about a tool. Not a plan to build one later. An actual link you can send to somebody that afternoon and watch them use.

If you don't finish it live, you'll be close enough to finish it before dinner.

Is this for you?

This workshop is for you if

  • You're a coach or creator with a process you already teach
  • You've been putting this off because you assumed it needed a developer
  • You built a custom GPT you loved and want that experience back on your own terms
  • You're tired of handing people information and watching nothing happen with it

This isn't for you if

  • You're buying it to keep for later. The $97 is on purpose, friend. I want the people in that room who are building this month
  • You'd rather hire somebody to build it than learn how it's done

Live and hands on. Bring the process you already teach and we'll build the tool around it.

Questions you might have

Do I need to know how to code?

Not even a little. If you can describe your own process out loud, you can build this.

Do my clients need a ChatGPT or Claude account to use my tool?

No, and that's the whole point. They click your link and use it.

Is there any other cost besides the $97?

Yes, and I want to be upfront. We build these on a platform that has its own pricing, separate from this workshop. [KRISTEN: confirm the free tier / entry price you want to quote.] I'll show you exactly what you need and what you can skip.

What if I don't know what tool to build yet?

That's the first thing we cover. Most people walk in with no idea and walk out slightly annoyed at how obvious their answer was.

What if I can't make it live?

[KRISTEN: replay policy goes here.]

Do I need an audience already?

No. If you're still building one, a free tool is a great way to do it, because people share things that actually did something for them.

Can I really finish in 90 minutes?

You'll have a working version, yes. Whether you keep tweaking it all evening because it's fun is between you and your evening.

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is live and your spot is reserved, all sales are final. If you're on the fence, email me first and I'll tell you honestly whether it's a fit.

One more thing

The gap between what we know and what our people actually do

You've been generous. You've given away good stuff, probably too much of it, and you've watched a lot of it land nowhere, because knowing and doing are two different activities and we've all been pretending they're the same one.

These tools close that gap. Somebody clicks your link on a Tuesday afternoon with twenty minutes and low motivation, and instead of promising themselves they'll get to it, they just do it. And the person who made that possible was you.

That's a different relationship with your audience than most of us have been building, and it doesn't ask you to post more or show up harder. It just asks you to hand them something that works.

I'd love to have you in the room.
