A 5-day live challenge for online coaches

Build the Skool Group That Actually Feeds YourHigh Ticket Coaching Offer

Five days, five live calls, and you finish the week with your group open and a clear plan for the membership that goes underneath it.

Monday, Oct 12 – Friday, Oct 16  ·  Live on Zoom
Replays included

Almost every coach builds this in the wrong order. You start a free group because someone told you to, you fill it with whoever will join, and then you’re stuck trying to sell something to a room full of people who were never going to buy from you. The group isn’t the problem, the order is.

Let’s see if this is you...

You’ve got the coaching part figured out, it’s the path to you that’s missing.

Doesn’t matter if you coach leadership, relationships, wellness, career or money. If you sell a transformation, this is for you.

Writing out a coaching offer
Be honest

You’ve been meaning to start this group for months

You’ve had the tab open. You’ve half-written the description, probably more than once. And then the week got away from you again and it’s still sitting there unstarted, which is not a discipline problem, it’s that nobody ever told you what the group was actually supposed to do for your business.

  • Every month starts back at zero. You go find clients, you deliver, and then it’s the first of the month again and there’s nobody warm waiting. That’s exhausting, and it has nothing to do with how good you are at coaching.
  • You’ve got one offer, and it’s the expensive one. People follow you, they tell you they love your stuff, and then the only thing you have to sell them is the biggest thing you sell. Most of them never make the jump.
  • You already have a group and nothing is happening in there. You could post that you were giving away free coaching and get three comments, one of them from your business bestie.
Two quick things

You need a high ticket offer, or at least a solid idea of what it’s going to be, because everything we build this week points at it. And this is a doing week, not a watching week. If you’re planning to buy it and catch the replays in November, you’ll get very little out of it and I’d rather you kept your $22.

So what’s actually going on

Nobody goes from reading your posts to paying you three grand.

They find you, they read your stuff for a few weeks, maybe they grab your freebie. They like you. And then the only next step you’ve given them is a call about a few thousand dollars of coaching, so they tell you not right now and you never hear from them again.

What they needed was a smaller step. A free community where they can hang out and get to know you, then a low ticket membership that makes them a buyer for twenty or thirty bucks. By the time your coaching offer comes up they already know exactly how you work, so you’re not convincing anybody, you’re just opening the door.

What you’re building

The three tiers that take someone from stranger to coaching client.

Build them in this order and people move along it themselves, without you chasing anybody.

A free Skool community
Tier One

Free Skool Community

Where strangers get to know you and put their hand up.

Mapping out the membership
Tier Two

Low Ticket Membership

A small yes that turns a follower into a buyer and pays you monthly.

Planning the high ticket offer
Tier Three

Your High Ticket Coaching

Clients who are ready before you ever pitch them.

What you walk away with

Your group open, and a plan you can actually work from.

Nobody builds an entire membership in five hours, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. What you get this week is every decision made and the first piece live, so the building part stops being guesswork.

Replying to a new member
Your high ticket offer, written down Who it’s for, what it does for them and what it costs, out of your head and onto the page where everything else can point at it.
Your Skool group, created and live This is the one thing that genuinely gets finished on the call. Named, described and open. If you already have one, you’ll rewrite it against the offer you just wrote down.
What goes in your paid tier, and what it costs Decided, not built. You’ll know the outcome it’s for, what’s in it, the price and how often you show up, which is the part most people go round in circles on for months.
A founding member offer and a date you’re opening A founding rate, one place your first members are coming from, and a date on the calendar. You need about fifty of the right people, not a thousand.
How a new member becomes a coaching client What you say when someone joins, and how that turns into a coaching conversation before your paid tier has even opened.
How the week runs

The Challenge Week

Five live calls on Zoom, one hour each, Monday through Friday.

Day 1 · Monday

Your High Ticket Anchor

You can’t decide what the group is for until you know what it’s feeding, so we start with the offer at the top and build everything else backwards from it.

You’ll be working on writing your high ticket offer down.
Day 2 · Tuesday

Name, Niche and Promise

Your group’s name and promise get decided by that offer, not by what sounded good in your head at midnight. Some of us are creating a group today, some of us are fixing the one we already have.

You’ll be working on creating and naming the group. This one gets finished on the call.
Day 3 · Wednesday

The Paid Tier

“What do I include?” is a question nobody can answer, so we swap it for one outcome and the things getting in the way of it, and the contents write themselves.

You’ll be working on deciding the outcome, the contents and the price.
Day 4 · Thursday

The Launch Runway

Packaging it and opening it are really the same job, so today we pick your founding rate, where the first members are coming from, and the day you’re opening the doors.

You’ll be working on your founding offer, your first lead source and a date.
Day 5 · Friday

Members to Clients

Nobody signs a high ticket client straight from a post, so we close the loop back to Monday. Someone joins, they reply to your welcome message, and that turns into a conversation.

You’ll be working on the words that take a new member to a coaching conversation.

Meet your host

Hi, I’m Kristen Miller.

I’m a business coach and I’ve spent the last ten years helping online coaches build businesses that actually pay them. What I teach is the 3-Tier Plus Model, which is a free community, a low ticket membership, and a high ticket coaching offer that people arrive at already sold on you.

I built it in my own business first, from zero members and zero recurring revenue, and it got to $678 a month in recurring revenue inside six months. The number matters a lot less than the structure underneath it, and the structure is what you’re getting this week.

I’m also doing all of this around two kids and a house that does not care about my launch calendar, so nothing I teach you is going to depend on posting five times a day or living in your DMs.

What you’re getting

  • Five live 60-minute calls on Zoom, Monday through Friday, each one working on the next piece of your ecosystem.
  • Replays of all five calls, so a hard day doesn’t knock you out of the week.
  • A digital workbook you fill in as we go, so by Friday every decision you made is written down in one place instead of scattered across five sets of notes.

Questions I get every single time

I don’t have a Skool group yet. Is that a problem?
That’s honestly the best place to start from, because you get to build it in the right order the first time instead of unpicking one you’ve already got. You’ll create yours live with me on Tuesday.
I already have a group and it’s dead. Can I use this to fix it?
Yes, and Tuesday becomes a rewrite day for you instead of a create day. Most groups were built before there was an offer to point them at, which is exactly why they stall out, so we take Monday’s offer and redo the name, the promise and the About page against it.
Do I have to pay for Skool to take part?
Not this week. Skool gives you a 14-day free trial which covers the whole challenge and then some, so you can build right alongside us and decide afterwards whether you’re keeping it.
What if my high ticket offer isn’t nailed down yet?
A solid idea is enough. You need to know roughly what you want to sell at the top, even if it’s fuzzy, because Monday is where we make it specific. What won’t work is showing up with no idea at all, since everything else gets built backwards from it.
What if I can’t make one of the calls live?
You’ll get the replay. I’ll be straight with you though, the people who get the result are the ones who show up, build the thing and post it, so come live wherever you possibly can.
How much time does this take?
An hour on the call, plus twenty or thirty minutes of doing the thing afterwards. It’s built to fit around a job and a family, because that’s how I run mine.
Are you going to sell me something?
Yes, and I’d rather tell you now than surprise you on Friday. There’s a next step for people who want ongoing help building out what they map this week, and I’ll mention it. The five days stand completely on their own whether or not you ever take it.
Do you offer refunds?
It’s a live event at $22 and you get access straight away, so this one is non-refundable. If you ever have trouble getting in or accessing anything, email me and I’ll sort it out the same day.

The Challenge starts Monday, October 12 at 12pm PST. Sign up now.

Ready to have a real path that turns strangers into high ticket clients?

It’s been on your list for a while now. Give me five days and an hour of your time each morning, and you’ll finish the week with your group open and a plan you can actually work from.
